We did not want to have to discuss anything too sobering on our first blog but hey, today's news all over the world is Saddam Hussein's hanging. If that is the the biggest headline while we happen to launch our blog then so be it.
After the court hearing, Iraq was sentenced to death by Iraqi courts. Today was the day for the hanging and thousands of Iraqis who suffered under his regime celebrated today. Click here read an article about it in The Age.
